You can book your rental car directly through our website or contact us via WhatsApp at +297 743 1839. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (December to April), to ensure vehicle availability.
Yes, we require a security deposit at the time of pickup. The amount varies depending on the vehicle type. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. To modify your reservation, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll be happy to assist.
Yes! We offer convenient pickup and drop-off service at Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA). Just let us know your flight details and we’ll be there waiting for you.
Requirements & Documentation
You will need:
- A valid driver’s license from your home country
- A valid passport or government-issued ID
- A credit card for the security deposit
No, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required in Aruba. Your valid driver’s license from your home country is accepted.
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old. Drivers must have held their license for at least one year.
Yes, additional drivers are allowed but must be registered at the time of rental. Each additional driver must meet the same requirements (valid license, minimum age) and be present at pickup.

Insurance & Coverage
Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. This covers third-party liability. We also offer additional coverage options for full peace of mind — just ask us for details.
In case of damage, please contact us immediately. If you have full coverage, the damage will be handled by the insurance. Without full coverage, the renter is responsible for damage costs up to the deductible amount.

Driving in Aruba
Aruba drives on the right side of the road, just like the United States and most of mainland Europe.
Main roads in Aruba are well-paved and easy to navigate. However, some attractions (like the Natural Pool or Arikok National Park) require unpaved roads. For these areas, we recommend renting an SUV or 4×4.
Gas stations are located mainly in Oranjestad, San Nicolas, and along the main roads. We recommend filling up before heading to remote areas like the national park.
Yes, Aruba is very safe for driving. The island is small (about 20 miles long), traffic is generally light, and locals are friendly and respectful on the road.
Pickup & Return
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. However, we’re available 24/7 via WhatsApp for inquiries and support.
Yes, we can arrange after-hours pickup or drop-off for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
You can return the car at the same location where you picked it up, or at Queen Beatrix International Airport if previously arranged.
Please return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it. Remove all personal belongings and ensure the car is in clean condition.
Payment
We accept:
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Cash (for rental payment, but credit card required for deposit)
No, fuel is not included. You will receive the car with a full tank and are expected to return it with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will apply.
